It is good to sit and contemplate, and be refreshed.
I am thankful for:
54. Learning to knit socks.
55. Sharing with my daughter as she teaches me how to knit the socks.
56. A new bag.
57. Tidy bookshelves.
58. Remembering my Dad. It would be his birthday today.
59. A very juicy plum.
60. The peacefulness of the sheep on the hillside.
61. Gluing little tiles on a piece of wood with Sunday School children.
62. The rubbish being collected.
63. The sound of children playing in the school yard.
64. Realising I don't need to travel very far at all to be aware and thankful to Father God.

The socks are coming along well, Mum. The stripes are looking good! I remember those glasses on Grandpa and him reading the newspaper and listening to the footy on the radio.
ReplyDeleteMave, I really like your last gift.
ReplyDeleteIf we could always be thankful right where we are - what a blessed difference it would make to our lives and those around us!
Thank you for sharing this..
Trish
