My simple pleasure is sharing the enormous slices of home-baked bread cut by my grandson.
I couldn't help but think of God's generous giving to us all.
There is always fruit that falls to the ground.
There is provision for the birds and animals.
His love overflows and is lavished upon us.
What a great treat for him and a wonderful pleasure to see.
ReplyDeleteThat bread does look so good. And I am so grateful that I serve a generous God.
ReplyDeleteYou make good bread Mum, it was yummy, especially with butter too! They were 'man-slices' of bread, he cut.
ReplyDeleteMmmmmm. Sounds great. I'd add some unsalted butter, too! Susan
